Terms and Conditions
Contestants for the draw will include current clients of Carlson Wagonlit Harvey's Travel that refer new clients to book a vacation package with one of our participating locations. A new client is one that has never booked leisure travel with CWT Harvey's Travel. A qualifying referral is of a new client to CWT Harvey's Travel that results in a booking of a vacation package or cruise at one of our participating locations. No purchase required. A vacation package includes air and accommodation for a minimum of six nights stay at any travel destination for leisure purposes. The draw for a grand-prize winner will be made once a total of 200 qualifying referrals has been collected through the participating CWT Harvey's Travel locations. The prize will be a one-week vacation for two at an all-inclusive resort or seven day cruise offered through one of CWT Harvey’s Travel's preferred suppliers. The value of the trip will be approximately $4,000, is non-transferable, has no cash value and is subject to the terms and conditions of travel as per the preferred supplier's brochure. The destination will be selected by the prize winner from three options provided at the discretion of CWT Harvey's Travel at the time of the draw. The prize does not include transportation to and from the airport, or personal expenses incurred during travel, travel taxes or GST, or travel insurance. (Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended).
