What is Club Select?
Club Select is an exclusive program provided by Carlson Wagonlit Harvey’s Travel to all travel arrangers who work with our counselors to arrange corporate travel. This unique program was created to acknowledge travel arrangers for their commitment to Carlson Wagonlit Harvey’s Travel. It is our way of saying thank you each time you use our services.
What's the cost?
There is no cost to participate. Carlson Wagonlit Harvey’s Travel assumes the total cost of the program including the prizes.
Who can participate?
All travel arrangers who work with our counselors on behalf of our corporate clientele may participate. If you are a travel arranger, register with one of our travel consultants or sales managers and then each time you make a booking with us, submit an entry form for a monthly draw. Prizes will vary month to month.

How does the program work?
It’s easy! Every time you make a booking under a corporate account, you enter one ballot.
How do I enter?
Ballots are now submitted on-line by visiting the Ballot page. Ballots must be completed in full to be eligible.
When are the prizes drawn?
Prizes are drawn on a monthly basis. Ballots will only be accepted for the month in which travel documents are issued. Monthly draws will take place the 10th working day of the following month. All ballots will be retained for the Grand Prize drawing, which will take place annually on December 31st.

Terms and Conditions
Club Select is a program sponsored by Carlson Wagonlit Harvey’s Travel. We kindly ask you to respect the guidelines and to understand that exceptions cannot be made.
Club Select awards prizes by random draw the 10th working day of each month. E-Ballots are accepted for the month in which travel documents are issued. E-Ballots are submitted using the web link http://www.information.harveystravel-cwt.com/harveys/clubselect/index.htm
Prizes have no cash value and must be redeemed as given. Carlson Wagonlit Harvey’s Travel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Prizes are not transferable.
Travel prizes are based on double occupancy only. A trip for two cannot be taken as two trips for one person.
If prize includes car rental, it does not include insurance or fuel costs.
The winner must be of minimum age as required by the rental company policies and possess a valid credit card and driver’s license to rent a vehicle.
Once travel has been confirmed no changes are permitted. Travel prizes are valid for six months and are subject to blackout periods.
Prize winners are responsible for all travel costs other than specific components of the prize package. These costs include all applicable insurance, service charges, taxes, meals, entertainment, and any terms of a personal nature. Carlson Wagonlit Harvey’s Travel is not responsible for any mishap, loss, injury or cost incurred enroute or during the trip, and strongly recommends the purchase of the appropriate travel insurance.
